All I remembered "Capitan Centella" in spanish or moonlight mask was a white ninja on a bike fighting crime with a whip, shurikens, and a moon boomerang .
That's all I needed to know :)
Found out later that there was an earlier live action "tokusatsu" Film and tv drama. However, I didn't get to watch it...yet.
