My first impression was. What ? It's Speed racer on a bike, and now wears a karate outfit! Little did I know that character was Samshiro or "sam" (in Spanish). He was a martial artist on a quest for vengeance searching for the one eyed guy who killed his father; a Judo master.
Yup tv series ended up having lots ob bad guys missing one eye :)
